Exhibition Vikings: life and legend

All Hail Viking Fans.

On the 6^th of March 2014 till 22^nd of June 2014 there will be a big Viking exhibition in the British Museum London.  It is a collection of different items including helmets, swords and jewellery. The biggest item that there will be is a war longboat.

It is been developed by National Museum of Denmark and the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin (National Museums in Berlin) and the British Museum.

The items are from everywhere around the world. The period they used is from the late 8^th century to the early 11^th century.

After the British Museum it will be seen at the Martin-Gropius-Bau, Berlin, 10 September 2014 – 4 January 2015.
